激光血管内照射结合电针对血管性痴呆SOD、MDA、NO的影响

目的 :探讨激光血管内照射结合电针治疗对血管性痴呆(VD)的影响。方法 :将93例VD患者按区组随机法分为激光合电针组、电针组和药物组(氢化麦角碱 ,DHET),每组31例。检测治疗前后长谷川痴呆修改量表(HDS -R,简称HDS)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)等的变化情况 ,共观察42d。结果 :激光合电针组及电针组上述指标的改善较药物组显著 ,其有效率分别为70.97 %、61.29 % ,而药物组为22.58 %。激光合电针组降低MDA较电针组明显(P<0.05)。结论 :激光合电针法可促进VD患者智能的康复 ,提高生活质量 ,其近期疗效优于电针组和药物组。

The effects of the combination of intravascular He-Ne laser irradiation and electroacupuncture treatment of vascular dementia and its SOD,MDA,NO

Objective:To probe the effect of the combination of intravascular He-Ne laser irradiation with electroacupuncture to vascular dementia.Methods:93 patients suffering from vascular dementia were randomly divided into three groups,the combination of intravascular He-Ne laser irradiation with electroacupuncture group(31 cases) and the medicine group(dihydroergotoxine,DHET,31 cases).Changes in scoring value of HDS-R(Hasegawa dementia scale),contents of SOD(Superoxid dismutase),MDA and NO(Nitric oxide) were observed before and after treatment.The course was 42 days.Results:Effective rate was 70.97%in combination treatment group,61.29%in electroacupuncture group and 21.21%in medicine group.All the above indices were improved in combination treatment group and electroacupuncture group better than that of medicine group.The contents of MDA was more decreased in combination treatment group than that of electroacupuncture group(P< 0.05). Conclusion :The combination therapy can promote the VD patients in intelligence and quality of life.
