| 摘 要： | 脊髓灰质炎后遗膝关节畸形很常见 ,约占同类手术的1/3。可大体分为屈曲挛缩型和反屈松弛型。畸形的矫治顺序是先矫正短肢 ,后调整力线 ,再平衡肌力。膝关节手术应符合其生物力学原理 ,目的是矫正畸形,调整力线 ,平衡肌力 ,稳定关节 ,恢复关节正常应力分布 ,最大限度恢复肢体功能和减少术后并发症。

| Abstract: | The knee joint deformity due to poliomyelitis is very common and is about 1/3 in the same kind of operations,which can be roughly divided into two types, one is inflaxion and contracture type, the other one is over extension and laxation type. The correction order is correcting short limb firstly, adjusting force line scondly and balancing musle force finally. The operation on joint shold be according with biomechanical principle. Operation objective is corrceting deformity, adjusting force line, balancing musle force, stabilizing joint,recovering normal stress distribution and trying best to recovering limb function and decreasing postoperative complication. |
