| 摘 要： | 肩部问题是脑卒中患者常见的并发症 ,主要表现有肩痛、肩关节半脱位和肩 -手综合征。肩部问题的存在有碍于脑卒中患者上肢功能的恢复 ,早期预防和治疗肩痛有助于改善上肢的功能活动能力。

| Abstract: | Shoulder problems in stroke patients are common complication, including painful shoulder, subluxed shoulder and shouler-hand syndrome. They may mask the functional recuperation of the upper extremity in stroke patients. Early prevention and treatment for shoulder pain can improve the ability of arm functional activity in stroke patients. |
