多发性腰椎间盘突出症康复训练程序化的临床研究

目的 :探讨一种适宜多发性腰椎间盘突出症康复训练的方法。方法 :67例多发性腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为康复组(n=35)及对照组 (n=32) ,康复组在牵引推拿 ,、药物、理疗等传统疗法基础上 ,予腰背肌屈伸锻炼及双下肢肌肉等长、等张收缩等康复训练 ,采用“腰椎疾患治疗成绩评分表”及Barthel指数评分评估两组腰椎功能及日常生活活动能力。结果 :康复组患者两项指标均有显著改善 ,与对照组比较 ,差异明显 (P<0.05)。结论 :腰屈伸肌及双下肢肌肉康复训练对多发性腰椎间盘突出症的治疗有较好的疗效。

Clinical study on Program of rehabilitation exercise in patients with multiple lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion

Objective:To probe a method of rehabilitation exercise being good for patients with multiple lumbar intervertebral discuprotrasion.Methods:67 cases of multiple lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion were randomly divided into rehabilitation group(n=35)and contrast group (n=32).The rehabilitation group were given rehabilitation exercise such as exercise of inflexion_extersion in lumbar_back muscle contract of isometric and isotonic in both of lower limb muscle etc.The function of lumbar vertebral and ADL were estimated by score diagram of treatment on diseases of lumbar vertebral and Barthel index.Results:The parametars above in the rehabilitation group were significantly improved as compared with those in routinely treated group.(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effects of rehabilitation exercise of lumbar inflexion_extersion muscle and both lower limb muscle were excellent in patients with multiple lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.
