实习末期护生医嘱处理能力调查分析

目的提高实习护生医嘱处理能力,提高其对独立临床工作的适应能力。方法自设问卷于实习结束前1周调查护生在实习期间医嘱处理知识的学习情况、基础知识的掌握情况、对自身医嘱处理能力的认知评价。结果基础理论测试平均成绩为83.47分。99%的护生认为医嘱处理能力的培养非常重要,但仅有4%的护生认为自己已经具备独立处理医嘱的能力。94%的护生认为自己需要加强医嘱处理能力的继续培养。结论学校、医院、护生均应增强对医嘱处理能力培养的重视;医院应建立科学的医嘱处理能力培养考核计划;临床教师改进教学方法,为护生提供更多的实践机会,才能切实提高护生医嘱处理能力。

Investigation and Analysis of Nursing Student's Ability of Processing Physician's Order

Objective To improve nursing students' ability of processing physician order and improve their independent clinical working ability in hospital.Methods Nursing students' study of physician order processing,basic knowledge and self-evaluation of physician order processing during practice were investigated by self-designed questionnaire.Results The average score was 83.47 in basic theory test.99% of nursing students held that it was very important to develop the ability of processing orders;but only 4% students thought they had the independent ability of processing orders;94% held that they needed to strengthen their ability of processing orders early.Conclusion School,hospital and nursing students should put more emphasis on the ability of processing order.The hospital should develop scientific test plan of physician orders processing,the clinical teacher should improve teaching methods and nursing students should be given more opportunities of practice so as to improve their ability of order processing.
