摘 要: | 目的:探讨外科临床教学带教师资队伍的培养方法。方法:总结近十年来,首都医科大学宣武医院外科教研室临床教学带教师资培养的经验。结果:分析既往临床教学工作中存在的问题和懂得现代医学教育发展的需求是制定外科教学师资队伍培养决策的前提。院领导对教学的重视,加强管理,进行教学相关知识的培训学习,有计划地安排带教教师承担不同的教学任务,建立严格的考核评估、奖罚制度,是师资队伍建设的重要环节。结论:外科带教师资队伍的培养是一系统工程,教育经费的投入,科学的管理,教学相关知识的培训是十分必要的。

Abstract: | Objectives: To explore the measure of establishing a high quality teacher team in surgical department in medical university. Methods: The data about the medical students teaching and management were collected and analyzed retrospectively from Jan 1998 to Dec 2007. Results: It was prerequisite to find out the problem which was unfavorable to surgical teaching and to know the developing direction of the modern medical education for making a decision. It was also very important enhancing level of management, organizing the training courses of teaching-learning skills, and establishing a scientific and rational teaching evaluation system and supervision regulation for establishing a teacher team in surgery. Conclusions: Establishing a high quality surgical teacher team in hospital affiliated medical university is a long-term and system task. Furthermore, investment of funds, scientific management, and faculty members training are also required. |
