金沙绢毛菊低极性成分分析

摘    要:目的研究金沙绢毛菊低极性成分。方法用乙醇提取,再经石油醚萃取,硅胶柱层析分离,得浅黄色油状物质,用气相色谱毛细管柱进行分析,采取峰面积归一化法测定其相对含量,运用气相色谱-质谱联用技术检测并核对质谱标准图谱。结果从分离出的53种组分中鉴定出18种化合物。结论金沙绢毛菊主要低极性成分是十六烷酸乙酯(26.12%)、双环己烷(19.17%)、亚油酸乙酯(4.55%)等化合物。

Abstract:Objective To study the low polar component of Soroseris gillii(S.Moore) Stebb.Methods The yellowish oleaginous matter was obtained by using alcohol and petroleum ether to extract,and the chromatography and separation of silica gel column.The matter was analysed by gas chromatographic column,and relative content was detected,standard mass-spectrogram was detected and checked by GC-MS.Results 53 components were isolated and out of them 18 were identified.Conclusion The main low polar components of Soroseris gillii(S.Moore) Stebb.are Hexadecanoic acid,ethyl ester (26.12 %),Bicyclo3.1.0]hexane (19.17 %) and 9,12-Octadecadienoic acid,ethyl ester(4.55 %) and so on.
