启东市居民30年预期寿命分析

[目的]分析启东市居民1975—2004年预期寿命的变化趋势,了解启东居民的健康水平。[方法]寿命表的编制采用蒋庆琅(C.L.Chiang)法,使用SPSS 11.0软件编程并进行统计分析。[结果]1975—2004年启东市居民的平均寿命由71.5岁增加到78.8岁,提高了7.3岁。从1995年以后随着婴儿死亡率的下降,预期寿命提高明显;各时期女性的预期寿命均明显高于男性(7岁左右)。[结论]启东市居民预期寿命的提高体现了启东居民健康水平的提高和经济发展和卫生事业的进步。

Life expectancy of residents in Qidong,China,1975-2004

[Objective] To analyze the life expectancy of Qidong population from 1975 to 2004,in order to learn the trend in life expectancy during the past 30 years and to evaluate the health gains of Qidong residents. [Methods] C.L.Chiang's method was adopted,and SPSS 11.0 software was executed for working out brief life tables. [Results] In the 30 years between 1975 and 2004,Qidong people experienced a marked increase in life expectancy at birth,rising from 71.5 to 78.8.With the fall of infant mortality since 1995,the life expectancy increased markedly.The life expectancy at birth in female was 7 years longer than that in male. [Conclusion] The improved life expectancy of Qidong residents is the reflection of the rapid changes of lifestyle,health care and gains and development of economics in Qidong during the past 30 years.
