在分析104例矽肺及矽肺肺心病患者肺功能资料的基础上,筛选出以下六项指标作为矽肺肺心病肺功能辅助诊断指标。即:(1)Vc％<预计值的40％,(2)V1.0％<50％Vc,(3)FEF200—1200<1.20升/秒,(4)FEF25—75％<预计值的15％,(5)MTT>正常预计值的1.6倍,(6)tsD>1.527秒。符合6项中任何一项便可诊断肺心病,而且其敏感性、特异性和诊断准确率均较超声心动图等为高

DIAGNOSTIC VALUE OF THE VENTLAT LVE FUNCTION TEST FOR THE PULMONARY HEART DISEASE FROM SILICOSIS

In order to evaluate lung function test in the diagnosis of pulmonary heart disease. The data of 104 patients with silicosis and pulmonary heart disease from silicosis have been analysed. The following six indices are chosen as the lung function diagnosis aiding criteria for pulmonary heart disease from silicosis:(1) VC<40 percent of its normal predictive value, (2)Vl.0<50 percent of VC, (3)FEF 200-1200<1.20L/Sec; (4)FEF 25-75%<15 percent of its predictive value, (5)MTT>1.6 times of its normal preidictive value, ( 6 ) TSD>1.527 Sec. A diagnosis of pulmonay heart disease can be made if a test result conforms to any one of above six indices. The sensitivity and specificity of the test are higher than those of echocardiography.
