C-erb-B2,PCNA作为乳癌预后指标意义研究

目的　探讨C erb B2、PCNA表达与乳癌预后关系。方法　回顾分析 1995年 1月至 1997年 12月 ,可切除性、有免疫组化指标的乳癌 97例。多因素分析 :COX比例风险模型。结果　C erb B2及PCNA是影响预后的重要因素。两指标联合预测值 (PI值 )低危组 1年 ,2年 ,3年的生存率为 10 0 % ,10 0 % ,10 0 % ,中危组为 97% 91% ,80 % ,高危组为81% ,5 5 % ,41% ;低危组 1年 ,2年 ,3年无复发率为 96 % ,93 % ,93 % ,中危组为 94% ,83 % ,5 3 % ,高危组为 76 % ,37% ,14 %。两指标与淋巴结转移呈正相关。结论　C erb B2 ,PCNA成为乳腺癌有效的独立的预后指标 ,PI值更有助于高危患者的筛选。

A study of relationship between prognosis of breast cancer and the expression of C-erb-B2 and PCNA

Objective To investigate the relationship between prognosis of breast cancer and the experssion of C erb B2 and PCNA.Methods A total of 97 patients with operable breast cancer were analyzed between Jan.1995 to Dec.1997.Multivariate analysis including cox proportional hazard model was made.Results C erb B2 and PCNA were important factors influencing prognosis.As for the PI,in low risk group the 1 year,3 year and 5 year over survival were 100%,100%,100%. respectively in middle risk group were 97%,91%,80% respectively,in high risk group were 81%,55%,41% respectively.In low risk group the rate of recurrence free survival (RFS) were 96%,93%,93%,respectively,in middle risk group were 94%,83%,53%,respectively,in high risk group were 76%,37%,14%,respectively.Conclusions C erb B2 and PCNA were independent predictors of prognosis.The PI may be an useful tool for evaluating the prognosis of patients and identifying patients with high risk.
