合山市人民医院7357例患者输血前血清中传染病标志物检测结果分析

目的回顾分析广西合山市人民医院患者输或拟输血前传染病感染状况。方法对7357例患者输血前采用ELISA法检测其血清乙型肝炎表面抗原（HBsAg）、丙型肝炎病毒抗体（抗-HCV）、艾滋病病毒抗体（抗-HIV）、梅毒螺旋体抗体（抗-TP）。结果7357例患者中共检测出阳性1307例,总阳性率为17.76%,其中HBsAg阳性887例（12.06%）、抗-HCV阳性135例（1.83%）、抗-TP阳性315例（4.28%）、抗-HIV阳性82例（1.11%）。不同年度间的HBsAg、抗-HCV、抗-TP、抗-HIV的阳性率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论对患者进行输血前传染病标志物的检测,不仅有利于患者的诊治及医院感染的预防,还有利于医务人员的自我保护,同时也可避免因输血等医源性治疗而引发的医疗纠纷。

Test Results of Transmitted Disease Markers in Serum before Transfusion: Analysis of 7357 Cases

Objective] To retrospectively analyze the infection status of the patients in Heshan People＇s Hospital of Guangxi before blood transfusion. Methods ] The pre-transfusion tests including HbsAg, anti-HCV, anti-HIV, and anti-TP were measured by EL1SA method in 7357 inpatients. Results] Of 7357 patients, 1307 （ 17.76% ） were detected positive, among which 887 （ 12.06% ） were HBsAg positive, 135 （ 1.83% ） were HCV positive, 315 （4.28% ） were anti-TP positive, 82 （ 1.11% ） were anti-HIV positive. The differences of HBsAg, anti-HCV, anti-TP and anti-HIV positive rate between different years were not significant （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ] Measurement of pre-transfusion test of transmitted disease markers is not only propitious to the treatment, prevention of hospital infection and the self-protection of medical staff, but also can decrease the medical disputes caused by medical treatment such as transfusion.
