| 摘 要： | 目的评价2%盐酸米诺环素软膏局部应用治疗牙周脓肿的临床疗效。方法选择2005年11月至2008年12月烟台市口腔医院牙周科门诊单发的牙周脓肿患者60例。随机分为两组,每组30例。试验组使用2%盐酸米诺环素软膏,对照组使用碘甘油,比较两组治疗后1周临床各项牙周指标的变化。结果两组治疗后各项牙周指标均低于治疗前,试验组治疗后各项牙周指标与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论2%盐酸米诺环素软膏局部用于治疗牙周脓肿,能有效改善临床症状。

| Abstract: | Abstract：Objective To study therapeutic effects of 2% minocycline paste on periodontal abscess. Methods Sixty patients suffering from periodontal abscess were randomly assigned to two groups with 30 for each from November，2005 to December，2008. The 2% minocycline paste was used in experiment group，while iodoglycerin was used in control group. The difference of PLI， EBI，PD and MD was measured and analysed between pre-medication and post-medication. Results After one week， two groups both showed significant reducation in PLI，EBI，PD and MD. Very significant difference of PLI，EBI，PD and MD was seen between experiment group and control group（P < 0.05）. Conclusion The 2% minocycline paste plays an important role in effectively improving clinical symptoms of periodontal abscess. |
