| 摘 要： | 目的建立完善的腰椎间盘镜手术患者临床护理路径(CNP)。方法病人随机分成两组，每组25例。对照组25例采用常规医嘱进行治疗和护理，实验组25例实施CNP，观察两组病人的住院天数、健康知识掌握度、满意度、并发症发生率有无差异。结果实验组病人住院天数、并发症发生率与对照组相比明显减少，健康知识掌握度、满意度明显优于对照组。结论CNP应用于腰椎间盘镜手术患者可提高工作效率，缩短住院时间，保证护理质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To set a perfect CNP on patients treated with operating microscope. Methods Patients were divided randomly into two groups with 25 patients in each group. CNP was applied to experiment group and general treatment and nursing were applied to contrast group. Days in hospital, knowledge of health,satisfaction and rate of complications are compared between two groups. Results Days in hospital and rate of complications in experiment group are less than that in contrast group, but knowledge of health, satisfaction are better than that in contrast group. Conclusion Work efficiency heightened, days decreased and nursing quality improved when CNP was applied in patients treated with operating microscope. |
