江西农村40-59岁人口高血压患病率及危险因素研究

摘    要:目的了解江西农村地区40-59岁人口高血压的患病率及危险因素。方法整群抽取3县25916名40—59岁的农村常住居民进行问卷调查和血压测量,对所选取的20多个可疑因素进行非条件Logistic回归分析。结果江西农村40-59岁居民高血压患病率为12.5%,其中男性高血压患病率为13.9%,女性为11.1%。年龄、高盐饮食、饮绿茶频率、被动吸烟、饮酒、睡眠时间、婚姻状况、精神压力、体质指数、父母高血压史、吃其他蔬菜频率、业余爱好等因素与农村40~59岁居民高血压发病存在统计学联系,其中吃其他蔬菜频率高及业余爱好广泛的居民患高血压的概率低,即有保护作用,而年龄、高盐饮食、饮绿茶频率,被动吸烟、饮酒、睡眠时间不足、婚姻状况、精神压力大、体质指数和父母高血压史为高血压的危险因素。结论高血压受遗传因素和后天生活方式的综合作用,应重视从饮食、行为等方面预防高血压。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the prevalence and risk factors of essential hypertension (EH) among rural population aged 40-59 years in Jiangxi province. Methods By random cluster sampling method, 25 916 rural residents aged 40-59 years from 3 counties were collected. Questionnaire survey and blood pressure measurement were performed among them . Twenty factors were analyzed by Logistic regression. Results The morbidity of EH in rural residents aged 40 - 59 years in Jiangxi province was 12.5%, and was 13.9% in male, 11.1% in female respectively. Age, high- salt diet, the frequency of green tea consumption, passive smoking, alcohol use, sleeping time, marital status, mental stress, BMI, and family EH history were risk factors of hypertension. Frequency of vegetable intake, hobbies were protective factors. Conclusion The incidence of EH is influenced by genetic factors and the ways of lives. Risk factors in diet and behavior should be controlled and prevented.
