摘    要:目的 比较 Durafill(Heraeus- Külzer) ,Z10 0 (3M)和Sculpt- It(J/ P) 3种材料在 10 wk内的溶解值变化规律以及对人牙髓细胞的增殖的影响 .方法 溶解值测定参照国家标准 ;细胞毒性测定采用 MTT法 .结果  3种材料的溶解值随时间增加而增加 ,而混合型调料复合树脂对水溶解的影响不明显 ;对人牙髓细胞的毒性均较底 ,毒性级别由小到大的顺序为 Z10 0

Abstract:AIM To compare the water solubility and its time associated tendency of 3 light cured composite resin (Durafill, Z100, Sculpt It) and to analyze the toxicity of the composites to human dental pulp cells. METHODS The water solubility was assayed according to national standards and the cyto toxical profile was analyzed with MTT assay. RESULTS The water solubility of all three composite materials occurred soon after they were immersed in water. The longer the immersion, the higher their solubility. The toxic rates of the 3 materials were in the following order: Z100
