| 摘 要： | 目的:观察除湿1号洗剂外用治疗婴儿渗出型湿疹的临床疗效。方法:以3%硼酸溶液、尤卓尔软膏西药外用治疗为对照组,除湿1号洗剂外用治疗为治疗组。治疗观察92例婴儿渗出型湿疹患者。结果:治疗组的痊愈显效率为89.13%,与对照组的65.22%比较有显著差异性(P<0.01);治疗后随访2周,治疗组的复发率均低于对照组,比较有显著差异性(P<0.01)。结论:除湿1号洗剂外用治疗婴儿渗出型湿疹效果良好,且复发率低,具有很好的临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:to observe the clinical effect of external use of Chu Shi Yi Hao Xi Ji(anti-eczema lotion)in curing extravasation-form infantile eczema.Method:for the control group,using 3% boric acid solution and western medicine Hydrocortisone Butyrate Ointment externally;for the treatment group,using Chu Shi Yi Hao Xi Ji extemally.Treat and observe 92 patients with effusive-form infantile eczema.Result:the excellent effective rate of the treatment group was 89.13%,which was significantly higher than the control group of 65.22%(P<0.01).2 weeks of follow-up visits conducted after treatment showed that the recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:the extemal use of Chu Shi Yi Hao Xi Ji in curing extravasation-form infantile eczema has a good effect and the recurrence rate is low.It has a very good clinical application value. |
