各期盆腔炎的超声研究

目的:探讨盆腔炎各期的声像图特点及诊断价值。方法:对120例不同阶段的盆腔炎患者应用经腹壁超声检查宫体、宫颈、卵巢、盆腔、子宫静脉及血流情况。重点观察盆腔炎各期情况,宫颈、宫体厚度测值比较,宫颈上下唇声像图表现。结果:120例下腹坠胀、疼痛、腰骶部酸痛、脓性、血性分泌物的患者,检出急性盆腔炎28例(以盆腔积液为主要声像图),慢性盆腔炎77例(其声像图主要为盆腔炎性块,盆腔静脉扩张迂曲,子宫均匀性增大,宫颈肥厚,宫颈上下唇“虫蚀样”,低回声,宫颈外口处增强回声赘生物,卵巢肿大等)。同时研究得出子宫体厚度与其炎症密切相关,长度无明显相关性。超声诊断宫颈糜烂总符合率为68.9％。将宫颈糜烂的诊断进入超声领域是可行的。结论:经腹壁超声检查盆腔炎症是一种方便、经济、有价值的检查手段。
