重症医学科护士职业倦怠感现状的调查研究

目的了解重症医学科护士职业倦怠感的现状。方法采用中文版M氏职业倦怠量表于2011年7月和2012年7月对本院重症医学科护士进行调查。并将有3年及3年以下工作经验和3年以上工作经验的高年资护士的两次问卷调查结果进行比较。结果重症医学科护士职业倦怠严重。而工作经验3年及以下的低年资护士的职业倦怠感加深明显,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。高年资护士职业倦怠差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论重症医学科护士职业倦怠感严重,而低年资护士更容易产生职业倦怠感。我们应采取切实有效的措施以减轻护士的职业倦怠感,尤其对刚进入重症医学科工作的护士,做好心理建树,从而激活她们的工作动力,提升自我效能,以提高护理服务质量。

Investigation on professional taedium vitae status of nurses in critical care medicine department

Objective To know the status of professional taedium vitae of nurses in critical care medicine department. Methods Nurses in critical care medicine department in our hospital from July 2011 to July 2012 were investigated using the Chinese version of malasch burnout inventory （MBI）. Two surveys of nurses who had less than 3 years and 3 years experience and high qualification nurses who had above 3 years of work experience were compared. Results Nurses in critical care medicine department had serious professional taedium vitae. Professional taedium vitae of nurses with 3 years＇ work experience deepened obviously, the differences were statistically significant （P 0.01）. There was no significant difference in professional taedium vitae of high qualification nurses （P 0.05）. Conclusion Nurses in critical care medicine department have serious professional taedium vitae, and low qualification nurses are more likely to develop professional taedium vitae. We should carry out effective measures to reduce professional taedium vitae, especially on the nurses just entering critical care medicine department, do psychologically achievements well to activate their motivation, enhance self-efficacy in order to improve the quality of care.
