阿托品治疗有机磷中毒的用药方法和治疗效果

摘    要:目的探讨阿托品治疗有机磷中毒不同用药方法的治疗效果。方法选取急性有机磷中毒患者40例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组20例。对照组患者采用传统间歇静脉注射给予阿托品;观察组患者借助微量泵持续给予阿托品。对两组患者阿托品用量、阿托品化时间、胆碱酯酶活性恢复时间、住院时间、反跳现象、中毒现象以及死亡率进行统计和比较。结果观察组阿托品用量明显少于对照组;阿托品化时间、胆碱酯酶活性恢复时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组;反跳现象、中毒发生率以及死亡率均明显少于对照组。两组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论借助微量泵给予有机磷中毒患者阿托品持续泵入治疗是一种安全而有效的给药方法 。

Preparation method and treatment effect of Atropine in the treatment of organophos poisoning

Abstract:Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of Atropine in the treatment of organophos poisoning by different preparation methods.Methods Forty cases of patients with acute organophosphate poisoning were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,each of group had 20 cases.Control group were treated with Atropine by traditional drug deliever of intermittent intravenous injection;observation group were treated with Atropine consistently by micropump.The dosage of Atropine,Atropinization time,cholinesterase activity recovery time,length of hospital stay,bounce phenomena,poisoning phenomena and mortality of patients in two groups were counted and compared.Results The dosage of Atropine in observation group was less than that of control group;the Atropinization time,cholinesterase activity recovery time,length of hospital stay in observation group were significantly shorter than that of control group;the bounce phenomena,poisoning incidence and mortality rate in observation group were significantly less than that of control group.Compared between the two groups,the differences were all statistically significant (P 0.05).Conclusion The therapy of continued to pump Atropine into patient with organophos poisoning by micropump is a safe and effective preparation method.
