50例颅脑损伤合并腹腔脏器损伤的诊治体会

目的总结颅脑损伤合并腹腔脏器损伤的救治经验,以期提高外科危急重症的抢救成功率。方法总结分析50例颅脑损伤合并腹腔脏器损伤的诊断和治疗经验。结果本组50例患者中,治愈25例（50.0%）,致残19例（38.0%）,死亡6例（12.0%）。结论颅脑损伤合并腹部闭合性损伤病情复杂,较易漏诊、误诊,应尽早判定病情,及早抢救治疗,首先处理危及生命的损伤是抢救成功的关键。

Diagnosis and treatment experience of craniocerebral injury combined with abdominal cavity organ injury in 50 cases

Objective To summary the treatment experience of craniocerebral injury combined with abdominal cavity organ injury,in order to elevate the rescue success rate of emergency and severe cases in surgery.Methods The diagnosis and treatment experience of 50 cases with craniocerebral injury combined with abdominal cavity organ injury was summarized and analyzed.Results Among the 50 cases of patients,25 cases （50.0%） were cured,19 cases （38.0%） were disability,and 6 cases （12.0%） were death.Conclusion The pathogenetic condition of craniocerebral injury combined with abdominal cavity organ injury is multiplicity,missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis are easily.It should be diagnosed,rescued,and treated as soon as possible,and the chiefly treating for the life-threatening injury is the key point for salvage succeed.
