地佐辛用于妇科腔镜手术麻醉维持的可行性

目的观察地佐辛用于妇科腔镜手术麻醉维持过程中的可行性、麻醉效果。方法选择择期妇产科腔镜手术患者200例,ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级,随机分为4组（n=50）;芬太尼组（F组）、地佐辛0.2mg/kg组（D1组）、0.25mg/kg组（D2组）、0.3mg/kg组（D3组）,麻醉方式均为气管内插管全身麻醉。4组于切皮前分别静注芬太尼5μg/kg、地佐辛0.2mg/kg、0.25mg/kg、0.3mg/kg。记录患者麻醉诱导前（T0）、追加芬太尼或地佐辛前（T1）、切皮时（T2）、切皮后10min（T3）、气腹后10min（T4）及手术结束时（T5）血压、心率（HR）及血氧饱和度（SpO2）的变化情况,并随访术中知晓及术后镇痛药的应用情况。结果 （1）D2、D3组血压、心率较F组、D1组平稳,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。（2）F组、D1组术后要求镇痛的病例数显著高于D2、D3组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论地佐辛能够用于妇科腔镜手术麻醉维持且能有效缓解术后疼痛。

The feasibility of maintenance of general anesthesia with Dezocine in the gynecologyical laparoscopy operation

Objective To investigate the feasibility of maintenance of general anesthesia with Dezocine during gynecologyical laparoscopy operation. Methods Two hundred patients （ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ） scheduled gynecologyical laparoscopy operation were divided into four groups randomly （n = 50）; fentanyl group （Group F）, dezocine 0.2 mg/kg group （Group D1）, dezocine 0.25 mg/kg group （Group D2）, dezocine 0.3 mg/kg group （Group D3）. Patients in Group F were given fentanl 5 μg/kg before operation, patients in D1, D2, D3 group were given dezocine 0.2 mg/kg, 0.25 mg/kg, 0.3 mg/kg before operation. Blood pressure, HR, SpO2 and the cases of intraoperative awareness and using gmeperidine were recorded. Results MAP and HR in Group D2, D3 were more stable than that in Group F, D1. The cases of meperidine used in Group F, D1 were more than Group D2, D3. Conclusion Maintenance of anesthesia with dezocine in the gynecologyical laparoscopy operation can maintain circulatory stability and allcviate effectively postoperative pain.
