心理干预对乙型肝炎肝硬化患者生存质量的影响

目的探讨心理护理干预对乙型肝炎肝硬化患者的影响。方法选择2009年1月～2011年10月本院内科收治的64例乙型肝炎肝硬化患者,随机分为研究组和对照组各32例,两组患者均给予常规药物治疗及护理,而研究组则在此基础上给予系统性心理干预,并对两组患者的SAS、SDS评分及并发症发生率进行比较。结果研究组干预后的SAS评分、SDS评分均明显低于干预前,且明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。与对照组相比,研究组患者并发消化道出血、感染、肝性脑病、肝肾综合征、腹水、电解质紊乱等的发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论对乙型肝炎肝硬化患者给予心理干预,降低了并发症的发生率,使其焦虑、抑郁等负性心理状态得到明显改善,有利于病情的恢复,提高了患者的生活质量。

The influnence of psychological intervention on the quanlity of life in patients with hepatitis B liver cirrhosis

Objective To investigate the impact of psychological intervention on the quanlity of life in patients with hepatitis B liver cirrhosis.Methods Sixty-four patients with hepatitis B liver cirrhosis in the department of internal medicine in our hospital during January 2009 to October 2011,they were randomly divided into study group and control group with 32 cases in each group,the two groups of patients were given routine drug therapy and nursing,besides the study group was given system psychological intervention,then compared the SAS,SDS score and complications with two groups.Results The SAS score,SDS score in the study group intervention were significantly lower than those before intervention,and was significantly lower than that of control group （P 0.05）.Compared with the control group,the incidence rate of the study group patients complicated with gastrointestinal hemorrhage,infection,hepatic encephalopathy,ascites,hepatorenal syndrome,electrolyte disturbance was significantly lower than that of control group （P 0.05）.Conclusion Psychological intervention in patients with hepatitis B liver cirrhosis reduce the incidence of complications,greatly improve the anxiety,depression and other negative psychological condition,improve the patients ＇ quality of life.
