急性闭角型青光眼的护理

目的总结急性闭角型青光眼的护理体会。方法将本院收治的急性闭角型青光眼手术患者112例随机分为观察组（56例）和对照组（56例）,观察组给予综合护理,对照组给予基础护理。结果观察组在眼压降至适于手术值的天数及平均住院时间均较之对照组短,两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组出院时平均眼压较之对照组低,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对急性闭角型青光眼手术患者提供精心、细致、全面的综合护理在疾病康复中取得了满意效果。

Nursing of acute angle-closure glaucoma

Objective To summarize the nursing experience of acute angle-closure glaucoma. Methods One hundred and twelve cases of patients suffering from acute angle-closure glaucoma were randomly divided into observation group （56 cases） and control group （56 cases）. Comprehensive nursing was given to observation group and basic nursing was given to control group. Results The time for eye pressure reaching to the value suitable for operation and the average hospitalization duration of observation group were both lower than that of control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 0.05）. The average eye pressure of patients when discharge from hospital of observation group was lower compared with control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 0.05）. Conclusion Satisfactory effects are obtained in the process of recovery if patients of acute angle-closure glaucoma are given with careful, meticulous and comprehensive nursing.
