不同浓度NaCl溶液联合沙丁胺醇等雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎疗效分析

目的探讨不同浓度的氯化钠溶液联合沙丁胺醇等雾化吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法收集2012年1～3月确诊为毛细支气管炎的120例年龄为1～9个月的患儿,在常规对症支持治疗的基础上,随机双盲分组,分别采用注射用水、0.9%氯化钠溶液,3.0%氯化钠溶液和5.0%氯化钠溶液共4组,每组30例,各组加用同量的沙丁胺醇、异丙托溴胺、布地奈德溶液,分每日3（2）次雾化吸入治疗。结果经过7d的观察治疗,各组接受雾化吸入治疗者均有效,以高渗盐水组在改善症状、管理天数、疗效方面更为显著（P〈0.05）,且安全性和依从性好,无不良事件发生。结论对于婴幼儿毛细支气管炎者,目前除给予对症支持治疗,包括水、电解质和营养平衡、吸氧吸痰外,雾化治疗采用高浓度氯化钠溶液加上沙丁胺醇等疗效突出,可缩短病程、减轻症状、安全性好,宜在临床上推广使用。

Therapeutic effect analysis of aerosol inhalation with different solution concentrations of NaCl combined with salbutamol etc.in the treatment of bronchiolitis

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of aerosol inhalation with different solution concentrations of NaCl combined with salbutamol etc.in the treatment of children bronchiolitis.Methods One hundred and twenty cases of patients at 1-9 months old who diagnosed as bronchiolitis from January to March 2012 were randomly double blind divided into four groups,each group had 30 cases.On the basis of conventional suit support treatment,added the same dose of salbutamol,ipratropium bromide,budesonide into injecting water,0.9% sodium chloride solution,3.0% sodium chloride solution and 5.0% sodium chloride solution respectively to aerosol inhalation therapy with 3 （2） times a day.Results After 7 days of treatment,all children treated with atomization inhalation in groups were effective,the group with hypertonic saline was more obvious in improving symptoms,management of days and curative effect （P 0.05）,and with better safety and high compliance,there was no adverse events occured.Conclusion For bronchiolitis in children,in addition to give supportive treatment with water,electrolyte and nutritional balance,oxygen inhalation and sputum suction,using high concentrations of NaCl combined with salbutamol etc.is prominent curative effect,can shorten the course of disease,relieve symptoms and good safety.It＇s worthy of clinical application.
