西咪替丁与肝素钠联合治疗过敏性紫癜的疗效观察

目的探讨西咪替丁与肝素钠联合治疗儿童过敏性紫癜的临床疗效。方法将2007年1月～2010年11月本院确诊过敏性紫癜（HSP）的住院患者82例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组40例,治疗组42例。两组均给予静脉滴注维生素C、葡萄糖酸钙,口服复方芦丁、双嘧达莫,合并有关节及消化道受累者应用糖皮质激素,合并感染者给予抗感染治疗。治疗组在以上治疗的基础上加用西咪替丁10～15mg/（kg·d）和肝素钠100U/（kg·d）治疗,疗程10d。观察两组病例皮疹、腹痛、消化道症状及关节症状消退时间及肾损害。结果治疗组总有效率（92.9%）明显高于对照组（77.5%）,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论西咪替丁联合肝素钠治疗过敏性紫癜临床疗效显著,对预防紫癜性肾炎的发生有效,且副作用少。

Efficacy observation of cimetidine and heparin sodium in treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura

Objective To investigate the efficacy of cimetidine and heparin sedium in the treatment of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura （HSP）. Methods Eighty-two children with HSP admitted to Zhengzhou NO.2 People＇s Hospital from Jan. 2007 to Nov. 2010 were reviewed, and were randomly divided into two groups. All patients were given intravenous drip Vitamin C, calcium gluconate, orally compound rutin, dipyridamole, merger-related festivals and gastrointestinal involvement patients were given glucocorticoid, the patients of concurrent infection were given antibiotics. In addition, the treatment group was treated with cimetidine 10-15 mg/（kg·d） and heparin sodium 100 U/（kg·d）, two groups were observed 10 days in relief of rash, stomachache, enteron symptom and joints symptom regression time and kidney damage. Results The total effective rate in treatment group （92.9%） was significantly higher than that in the control group （77.5%）, the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05）. Conclusion Cimetidine and heparin sodium treatment of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura has significant effect, cimetidine and heparin sedium in preventing the occurrence of HSP nephritis are effective, and has less adverse reactions.
