巴曲酶联合低分子肝素对急性脑梗死患者血浆纤维蛋白原的影响

目的观察巴曲酶联合低分子肝素对急性脑梗死患者血浆纤维蛋白原的影响,评价其临床疗效和安全性。方法选择本院神经内科收治的急性脑梗死患者80例为研究对象,随机分成观察组和对照组各40例,对照组给予阿司匹林和丹参注射液治疗,观察组应用巴曲酶和低分子肝素治疗,观察两组的治疗效果、血浆纤维蛋白原水平变化及用药期间不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）;对照组治疗前后血浆纤维蛋白原（FIB）水平无明显变化,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;观察组治疗后血浆FIB水平明显降低,与对照组和治疗前比较均有显著变化（P〈0.05）;两组均无明显出血等不良反应发生。结论巴曲酶联合低分子肝素治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著,且安全性好,值得临床推广。

The impact of batroxobin combined with low molecular weight heparin on the plasma fibrinogen of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the influence of batroxobin combined with low molecular weight heparin on acute cerebral infarction patients with plasma fibrinogen, and to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety. Methods Eighty cases of acute cerebral infarction patients in hospital were selected, and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given aspirin and Danshen injection; observation group was given batroxobin and low molecular weight heparin, the therapeutic effect, changes in plasma fibrinogen levels, and during the treatment of adverse events of the two groups were observed. Results The efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher （P 0.05）; before and after treatment, there was no significant changes in plasma FIB levels in the control group （P 0.05）; the plasma FIB levels of observation group after treatment were significantly lower compared with the control group and before treatment, there was significant difference （P 0.05）; There were no significant bleeding and other adverse events. Conclusion Batroxobin enzyme combined with low molecular heparin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction has significant efficacy, and the security is good, is worthy of promotion.
