| 摘 要： | 目的分析探讨CT、MRI诊断急性脑梗死的影像学表现。方法回顾性分析本院186例确诊为脑梗死或疑为脑梗死的患者资料,所有病例同时予以CT及MRI检查,对比分析两种检查手段的诊断结果。结果 MRI对脑梗死的检出率显著高于CT扫描（P〈0.05）;脑梗死发病12h以内的患者,MRI检出率明显高于CT扫描,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 MRI对脑梗死的检出率高于CT,可联合CT作为脑梗死的最佳检查方法 。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore CT and MRI manifestation in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Clinical data of 186 cases diagnosed or suspected cerebral infarction were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were given CT and MRI examination,and results were comprised.Results The detect rate of MRI in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction was significant higher than that of CT scan （P 0.05）.The detection rate of MRI in patients with cerebral infarction within 12 hours was higher than that of CT scan （P 0.05）.Conclusion MRI has higher detection rate in patients with cerebral infarction.MRI combine with CT is the best way in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction. |
