住院精神病患者肠梗阻的临床及X线诊断分析

目的探讨住院精神病患者肠梗阻的常见病因及其X线影像表现和诊断价值。方法收集本院影像资料完整的27例住院精神病患者肠梗阻的临床及X线诊断资料进行回顾性分析。结果住院精神病患者肠梗阻的病因以药物性麻痹性肠梗阻多见,占48.15%;X线检查对动力性肠梗阻与机械性肠梗阻的诊断有特征性表现;X线检查对肠梗阻的进一步病因诊断作用局限。结论对住院精神病患者肠梗阻要加强临床观察,首选腹部X线检查,周密分析,并充分结合其他影像检查手段明确重症病因,及时指导临床。

Analysis of clinical and X-ray diagnosis of psychiatric inpatients with intestinal obstruction

Objective To explore the common cause of psychiatric inpatients with intestinal obstruction and its X-ray manifestation and diagnostic value.Methods The clinical and X-ray diagnostic data of 27 psychiatric inpatients with intestinal obstruction in Honorary Soldiers Rehabilitative Hospital of Jiangxi Province were analyzed retrospectively.Results Etiology of psychiatric inpatients with intestinal obstruction was more common in drug-induced paralytic ileus,accounted for 48.15%;X-ray examinations used in the diagnosis of dynamic intestinal obstruction and mechanical intestinal obstruction had some characteristic manifestations;X-ray examinations played a limited role in diagnosing the fundamental cause of intestinal obstruction.Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the clinical observations of intestinal obstruction for psychiatric inpatients with abdominal X-ray examination as the first choice,carefully analyze and identify the cause of severe case through other imaging methods for timely clinical instructions.
