艾司洛尔在老年患者气管镜检查中的临床应用

目的探讨艾司洛尔在老年患者气管镜检查中能否促进血流动力学的稳定性。方法将ASAⅡ或Ⅲ级50例患者随机分为两组：A组（25例）泵入艾司洛尔和B组（25例）不泵入艾司洛尔。记录插入声门时（T1）,过隆突时（T2）,进行钳夹病理或毛刷刷洗时（T3）时的心率（HR）和平均动脉压（MAP）,以及丙泊酚用量。结果 A组与B组HR在T1、T2、T3明显降低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。B组的MAP较A组明显降低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 A组更能维持血流动力学的稳定。

The clinical application of Esmolol in the tracheal endoscopy for elderly patients

Objective To explore the Esmolol whether can promote the stability of trachea colonoscopy hemodynamic for elderly patients in the tracheal endoscopy.Methods Fifty cases of ASA Ⅱ or Ⅲ level were randomly divided into two groups：group A （25 cases） was pumped into Esmolol and group B （25 cases） was not pumped into the Esmolol.The heart rate （HR）,mean arterial pressure （MAP）,and the dosage of Propofol when the time of inserting into the subglottic （T1）,a promoutory （T2）,clamps pathological or hair brush （T 3） were recorded.Results HR in group A and group B decreased obviously in T1,T2 and T3,with the significant difference （P0.05）.MAP in group B decreased more significantly than group A with the significant difference （P0.05）.Conclusion It shows group A can maintain blood dynamic more stability.
