布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入在支气管哮喘急性发作中的临床疗效评价

目的探讨布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘急性发作的临床效果。方法将本院收治的152例支气管急性发作患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各76例,对照组予以支气管哮喘急性发作常规治疗措施,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上,予以1mg布地奈德（普米克令舒）＋1mg沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗,对两组治疗效果进行比较。结果两组患者予以积极有效的救治措施之后,无死亡患者。观察组患者在3d内的治疗缓解效果显著优于对照组（χ2=21.44,P〈0.05）。两组患者治疗后,未发生痰液黏滞、心率失常及呼吸抑制等不良反应。结论布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘急性发作,可显著缓解患者症状,使肺功能增强,且无明显不良反应,值得推广。

Clinical effect of budesonide combined with salbutamol aerosol inhalation treating acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of budesonide combined with salbutamol aerosol inhalation treating acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma. Methods One hundred and fifty-two patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma were divided into observation group and control group with each group 76 patients, patients in control group were given routine treatment, patients in observation were given budesonide （1 mg） combined with salbutamol aerosol inhalation （1 mg） besides routine treatment, the clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results No death in patients of two groups after treatment. The clinical effect of observation group was better than that of control group significantly （χ2 = 21.44, P 0.05）. No adverse reactions such as sputum viscosity, arrhythmia, respiratory depression occurred. Conclusion The therapy of budesonide combined with salbutamol aerosol inhalation treating acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma can relieve symptoms, enhance lung function without adverse reactions, is worth promoting.
