某基层医院近三年药品采购现状与分析

目的探索基层医院药品采购模式的改革。方法对某基层医院近3年药品招标采购和网络采购在价格、售后服务等方面进行比较与分析。结果招标采购明显降低价格,但同时售后服务质量受到严重影响;网络采购价格合理,质量、售后明显优于招标采购。结论基层医院药品招标模式已不能适应医院用药,网络采购模式可能将完全代替招标模式。

Status and analysis of medicine purchase in some basic-level hospital in recent three years

Objective To explore the reformation of medicine purchase for some basic-level hospital. Methods During the recent three years of some basic-level hospital, a contrastive research was conducted about the medicine price and after-sale service quality between two purchase ways： competitive bidding purchasing and through-internet purchasing. Results The medicine price could be reduced significantly by competitive bidding purchasing, but the after-sale service quality was affected severely. The through-internet purchasing mode was introduced to attain more reasonable price, higher service quality, and after-sale service than the competitive bidding purchasing mode. Conclusion These analysis results show that the competitive bidding purchasing mode hasn＇t fit the medical need of some basic-level hospitals any more, and the internet mode to purchase medicine will take its place completely.
