| 摘 要： | 目的分析慢性化脓性中耳炎的手术治疗效果。方法回顾性分析97例慢性化脓性中耳炎患者的临床资料、治疗效果、并发症及复发情况。结果手术后6个月所有患者纯音测听语言频率气导听阈值较术前显著下降（P〈0.01）,83例患者（85.57%）术后听力提高,并发症发生率为3.09%,经治疗后症状均有改善,随访期内无复发病例。结论手术治疗是慢性化脓性中耳炎安全有效的治疗方法 ,应根据患者实际情况选择手术方式。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the surgery effects of chronic suppurative otitis media.Methods The clinical data,treatment effect,complication and recrudescence of 97 cases were retrospectively analyzed.Results The pure tone air conduction audiometry speech frequency average hearing threshold values of 6 months after surgery were lowed significantly com pared with those before surgery （P 0.01）.The hearing of 83 cases （85.57%） were improved.The complication rate was 3.09% and the complication symptoms were improved after treatment.No patients relapsed during the follow-up visit period.Conclusion Surgery is a safe and effective method for the treatment of chronic suppurative otitis media,and the pattern of surgery should be selected based on the practical condition. |
