桂枝芍药知母汤治疗活动期类风湿性关节炎36例临床观察

目的观察桂枝芍药知母汤加减治疗活动期类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将36例类风湿性关节炎患者随机分成两组,对照组口服甲氨蝶呤、双氯芬酸钠、叶酸,观察组在此基础上口服桂枝芍药知母汤加减治疗。治疗3个月后,观察关节疼痛指数、关节压痛指数、关节肿胀指数、关节活动指数、整体活动评价、晨僵时间评分以及血沉等指标。结果两组均能改善关节疼痛指数、关节压痛指数、关节肿胀指数、关节活动指数、整体活动评价、晨僵时间评分以及血沉等指标（P〈0.01）。观察组对关节疼痛指数、关节压痛指数、关节肿胀指数、关节活动指数、整体活动评价、晨僵时间评分的改善以及总体疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论桂枝芍药知母汤加减治疗活动期类风湿性关节炎有效。

Clinical observation of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction in treatment of 36 cases with active rheumatoid arthritis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction in treatment of active rheumatoid arthritis. Methods Thirty-six cases with active rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into two groups. Control group was given methotrexate, diclofenac sodium and folacin, while treatment group was given Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction based on control group. After three-month treatment, the joint pain index, tenderness index, swelling index, activity index, overall activity assessment, morning stiffness and ESR were observed respectively before and after treatment. Results The joint pain index, tenderness index, swelling index, activity index, overall activity assessment, morning stiffness and ESR were remarkably improved in both groups （P 0.01）, but with more significant improvement in the treatment group than in the control group （P 0.05）. Total effect of observation group was superiorto that of control group. Conclusion Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction is quite effective against active rheumatoid arthritis.
