探讨手术室新毕业护士带教中的几个问题

随着医学科学的发展及医疗观念的改变,手术室护理质量的要求越来越高,相应的对护理人员的业务素质要求也越来越高。手术室的新护士是手术室的未来,必须有一个好的开端。因此,对新护士的带教必须重视,考核必须严格,结业标准不能降低,才能在不久的将来成为合格的护理队伍的主力军。笔者探讨了手术室新护士带教中的几个问题。
