鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎疗效分析

探讨鼻内镜手术对鼻窦炎的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2007年1月～2011年1月在本院诊断为鼻窦炎且接受鼻窦手术的109例患者。其中2007年1月～2008年1月的患者应用鼻窦炎传统手术治疗,为对照组,共47例,2008年2月～2011年1月的患者接受鼻内镜手术治疗,为观察组,共62例。参照中华医学会耳鼻咽喉科分会鼻内镜手术疗效评定标准判断两组患者治疗效果并进行分析。结果观察组治愈率优于对照组,对照组无效率高于观察组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论鼻内镜手术是治疗慢性鼻窦炎的首选手术方法,值得临床推广应用。

Analysis on the clinical effect of nasal endoscopic operation in chronic sinusitis

Objective To study the clinical effect of endoscopic operation on nasosinusitis. Methods A retrospective analysis was made in 109 cases of patients diagnosed as sinusitis and accepted sinus operation from January 2007 to January 2011 in our hospital. Patients accepted from January 2007 to January 2008 who treated with traditional nasosinusitis operation were control group, with 47 cases in it. Patients accepted from February 2008 to January 2011 which treated with nasal endoscopic operation were observation group, with62 cases in it. The clinical effect was judged and analysed according to nasal endoscopic operation curative effect evaluation criteria of Chinese Medical Association of Otolaryngology. Results The cure rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group, invalid rate of the control group was higher than that of the observation group, the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05 ）. Conclusion Nasal endoscopic operation is the best choice for chronic sinusitis and worthy of clinical application.
