慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的康复护理干预及效果分析

目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病（chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD）稳定期进行康复护理干预的效果。方法选择40例COPD稳定期患者,在病情稳定期实行综合性的康复护理干预。采用圣乔治问卷调查表对干预前后进行问卷调查分析;在干预前后分别对患者病情急性加重次数、住院次数、1s用力呼气容积（forced expiratory volume in one second,FEV1）及1s率（FEV1%）等指标进行检测分析。结果患者的呼吸症状明显减轻,生活质量有效改善,急性加重和住院次数显著减少。结论对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者给予综合性的康复护理干预具有积极、重要的作用。

Rehabilitation nursing intervention and efficacy analysis for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with stable period

Objective To explore the rehabilitation nursing intervention effects on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） patients.Methods Forty cases of COPD patients with stable period were performed with the stable condition of the implementation of a comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention.A questionnaire survey was analyzed by George＇s questionnaire before and after the intervention conducted.The patient＇s condition with acute exacerbation frequency,frequency of hospitalization,the forced expiratory volume in the one second （FEV1） and one second ratio （FEV1%） were detected and analyzed before and after the intervention.Results The patients＇ respiratory symptoms were significantly reduced after the intervention,the quality of life were effectively improved,the number of acute exacerbation and hospitalization significantly reduced.Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention has a positive and important role in COPD patients with stable period.
