异甘草酸镁与复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效比较

目的探讨异甘草酸镁与复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法将168例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为观察组（84例）和对照组（84例）,观察组给予异甘草酸镁注射液治疗,对照组给予复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗。结果观察组总有效率为92.9%,对照组总有效率为91.7%,两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;两组患者治疗后丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、天门冬酸氨基转移酶（AST）、总胆红素（TBIL）均较治疗前有明显降低,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;但观察组的ALT、AST、TBIL的恢复情况明显优于对照组,两组间比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论应用异甘草酸镁治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效显著,较之复方甘草酸苷能更显著地改善患者的肝功能,且无不良反应发生,是一种治疗慢性乙型肝炎合理、安全、有效的方法 。

Therapeutic effects comparison on magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate and compound glycyrrhizin in treatment of chronic hepatitis B

Objective To discuss the clinical therapeutic efficacy of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate and compound glycyrrhizin in treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Methods One hundred and sixty-eight cases of patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into observation group （84 cases） and control group （84 patients）,magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection was given in observation group while compound glycyrrhizin was given in control group.Results The total efficacy rate of observation group was 92.9%,and that of control group was 91.7%,the difference of the total efficacy rates in two groups was not statistically significant （P 0.05）;the alanine aminotransferase （ALT）,aspartic acid transaminase （AST）,total bilirubin （TBIL） were significantly reduced in two groups after the treatment;the differences were all statistically significant （P0.05）;but the recovery of ALT,AST,TBIL in observation group were better than that of control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant （P 0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of chronic hepatitis B with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate has significant curative effect,it is better than compound glycyrrhizin to improve patient＇s liver,and hasn＇t adverse reaction,it is a reasonable,safe and effective method for treating chronic hepatitis B.
