不同术式治疗胆囊息肉的综合疗效比较

目的比较不同术式治疗胆囊息肉的综合疗效。方法选取2010年7月～2012年3月于本院进行治疗的52例胆囊息肉患者为研究对象,将其随机分为A组（腹腔镜手术组）和B组（胆道镜微创保胆取息肉术）,每组26例,后将两组患者的手术时间、并发症发生率、住院时间、腹泻、腹胀、消化不良发生率及手术前后生存质量进行比较。结果两组的手术时间、并发症发生率及住院时间均差异无统计学意义,P均〉0.05,B组腹泻、腹胀、消化不良发生率低于A组,生存质量评分高于A组,P均〈0.05。结论胆道镜微创保胆取息肉术的综合临床价值要高于腹腔镜手术。

Comparison on the comprehensive effect of different operations in gallbladder polyps

Objective To compare the comprehensive effect of different operations in gallbladder polyps. Methods Fifty two patients with gallbladder polyps in our hospital from July 2010 to March 2012 were selected as research object, and they were randomly divided into group A （laparoscopic operation group）and group B（cholangioscopy microtrauma protective gallbladder polypectomy operation group） with 26 cases in each group, then operation time, incidence of complications, hospitalization time, rate of enterorrhea, abdominal distention and dyspepsia, quality of life before and after the treatment of two groups were compared. Results The operation time, incidence of complications and hospitalization time of two groups had no significant differences, all P 0.05, but rate of enterorrhea, abdominal distention and dyspepsia of group B were all lower than those of group A, quality of life score were higher than those of group A, all P 0.05. Conclusion The comprehensive clinical value of cholangioscopy microtrauma protective gallbladder polypectomy operation is higher than that of laparoscopic operation.
