微创血肿穿刺抽吸引流术在重症高血压脑出血患者中的应用

摘    要:目的观察微创血肿穿刺抽吸引流术治疗重症高血压脑出血患者的临床效果。方法选择本院2010年6月~至2012年6月收治的120例高血压性脑出血患者,随机分为微创治疗组(实验组)和内科保守治疗组(对照组)各60例,比较两组的临床疗效。结果实验组治疗后14d的临床疗效及术后随访3个月的日常生活能力均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论微创血肿穿刺治疗高血压性脑出血简单,安全,可靠,可以降低死亡率,改善患者预后。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of minimally invasive hematoma puncture suction drainage in the treatment of severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2012 were selected and randomLy divided into minimally invasive treatment group (experimental group) and conservative treatment group (control group) with 60 cases in each group, the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared. Results The clinical efficacy in 14 d after treatment and daily living activities in 3 months postoperative follow-up of experimental group were better than the control group, the difference was significant( P 0.05 ). Conclusion The minimally invasive hematoma puncture treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is simple, safe, reliable, and it can reduce mortality and improve prognosis.
