提高电影冠状动脉造影质量的措施

回顾性分析44例电影冠状动脉造影的技术质量。正常者20例,冠状动脉狭窄24例(含5 例心脏高度增大)。7例经皮穿刺冠状动脉腔内成形术(PTCA),5例作溶栓术。经先分组再合组对电影片质量进行评定,其质量分为Ⅰ～Ⅳ级,优良38.6％(17/44),可诊断38.6％(17/44),较差20.5％(9/44),差2.2％(1/44)。并提出了提高质量的几种方法:①合理设计造影方案;②熟悉冠状动脉解剖,准确摆体位;③导管位置、注药、移床须恰到好处;④严格冲片操作规程。

Measures to Improve the Cine Coronary Arteriography Quality

A retrospective analysis of the cine coronary arteriographic quality in 44 cases was presented in this paper. Of these 44 cases, 20 were normal subjects and 24 had coronary artery stenesis (including 45 suffering from enlargment of the heart). PTCA was performed on 7 cases, and thrombolysis on 5 cases. The films were evaluated on a 4-grade scale by quality. 38. 6 % (17/44) of them were of fine quality, 38. 6 % (17/44) were diagnosable, 20. 5 % (9/44) were difficult to diagnose and 2. 2 % (1/44) were of bad quality. We have proposed the following ways to improve the film quality: 1) Scheme of coronary arteriogra-phy must be designed properly; 2) Operator should be familar with the anatomy of coronary artery and the patients should be put in the right position; 3) The position of the catheter, injection of the drug and bed motion must be done properly and 4) The operator must be strict with the rules governing the developing of the films.
