血清CA—50和CEA在肺癌、肺结核病的表达及诊断价值

目的：探讨病人血清CA－50、CEA的检测对肺癌肺结核的诊断和鉴别诊断价值。方法：采用CA－50、CEA试剂盒，应用RIA技术对肺癌和肺结核患者测定其血清CA－50、CEA含量，并设健康人对照组进行对比。结果：肺癌组112例CA－50、CEA阳性率分别为51．78％，63．3％。肺结核组200例CA－50，CEA阳性率分别为2．5％，15．5％。健康人组100例CA－50CEA阳性率分别为0，3．3％。三组比较有显著性差异。结论：CA－50、CEA检测对肺癌肺结核的早期诊断和鉴别诊断有较大的意义。

Expression and Value in diagnosis of Serum CA-50 and CEA in Pulmonary Cacinoma and Tuberculosis

Objective:To assess the value of CA-50,CEA in serum to the diagnosis and differential of pulmonary carcinoma and Tubercunosis.Methods:by using RIA,CA-50,CEA was detected in patients with pulmonany carcinoma and Tubercunosis,and the control group of Healthy persons was set up.Results:the positive rate of 112 patients with pulmonany carcinoma CA-50 51.78%.CEA 63.3%.Whereas that of 200 tuberculosis patients was CA-50 2.5% CEA 15.5% and that of 100 healthy persons was CA-50.0% CEA 3.3%.There was statisfically diffrence between three grops (P<0.01).Conclusions:The detection of serum CA-50.CEA is definite value to the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of pulmonary carcinoma tuberculosis in early stage.
