摘    要:目的:测定复方赖氨酸颗粒剂中葡萄糖酸钙含量。方法:原子吸收分光光度标准曲线法测定葡萄糖酸钙含量。结果:当葡萄糖酸钙浓度为20-120μg/m1(相当于钙高子浓度1.8—10.7μg/m1),浓度与吸收度线性关系良好,r=0.9999、平均回收率为lOO.3%,RSD为1.04%。结论:本测定方法取样量少,操作简单、结果准确、尤其适用于当络合测定钙高子难以判断终点的品种。

Abstract:Objective: Thepurpose is to establish a method to determine the calcium gluconate in compound lysine granules. Methods:Standard curve of Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry were employed to determine the calcium gluconate. Results This method showed good linearity in the ranges of 20- 120ug/ml of calcium gluconate, r = 0. 9999. The average recovery was 100. 3%.RSD was 1.04%. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,and can be used for that preparation when determination of calcium gluconate is difficult by compleximetry.
