| 摘 要： | 目的观察还原型谷胱甘肽对急性有机磷农药中毒致心肌损害的辅助治疗作用。方法将128例有机磷农药中毒性心肌损害患者随机分为治疗组62例,对照组66例。两组均予洗胃、补液、利尿、氯磷定注射液、阿托品注射液等常规治疗,实验组加用还原型谷胱甘肽2400 mg,每日1~2次。对比分析两组患者的心电图、心肌酶谱和肌钙蛋白I的变化。结果心电图、心肌酶谱、肌钙蛋白I的恢复治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论还原型谷胱甘肽对有机磷农药中毒性心肌损害有明显保护作用,并能促使胆碱酯酶活性的恢复。
