妊娠高血压综合征患者胎儿循环中儿茶酚胺水平的研究

采用高效液相方法对足月正常孕妇及妊娠高血压综合征孕妇脐动脉血中儿茶酚胺水平进行监测。研究对象均为择期剖宫产孕妇。正常对照组４０名，ＰＩＨ组１１６例，其中轻度２８例，中度３４例，重度５４例，并且对于中重度ＰＩＨ孕妇存在胎儿合并症的脐动脉静脉及羊水中ＣＡ进行分组测量：１组：无合并症胎儿组，Ⅱ组：胎儿宫内发育迟缓，Ⅲ组，胎儿窘Ⅳ组，ＩＵＧＲ合并胎儿窘迫。结果表明：中、重度ＰＩＨ孕妇胎儿脐动脉血中去甲肾上

STUDY OF THE UMBILICAL PLASMA CATECHOLAMINE LEVELS IN PATIENTS WITH PREGNACY-INDUCED HYPERTENSION

To study the changes in umbilical plasma catecholamine (CA) levels in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH) after delivery, plasma norepinephrine (NE), epinephrine (E) and dopamine (DA) levels of umbilical artery blood were determined by high performance liguid chromatography (HPLC) in pregnant women with normal term pregnancies and PIH. All subjects underwent elective Caesarean section, which included 40 cases of the normal term pregnant women as control and 28 mild PIH, 34 moderate PIH and 54 severe PIH. Acsording to fetal condition, mothers with moderate and severe PIH were divided into four groups. 1.Fetus without complication. 2.Intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR),3.Fetal distress, 4.IUGR and fetal distress. The NE and DA levels of umbilical artery plasma in moderate and severe PIH were significantly increased ( P <0.05), and E levels of umbilical artery plasma in patients with severe PIH were higher than that of control( P <0.05). The levels of CA in umbilical artery plasma of patients with PIH whose fetus showed IUGR or fetal distress were of higher than those of control group ( P <0.05), especially more significant in IUGR and fetal distress group ( P <0.01). High CA level of umbilical artery plasm in gestational women with PIH may be the pathogenetio camse fetal distress and IUGR, and it might correlate to the degree of PIH.
