| 摘 要： | 目的研究杏根青龙汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的疗效。方法将118例稳定期COPD患者随机分为治疗组和COPD对照组。所有COPD患者均接受常规治疗。治疗组另给予杏根青龙汤口服。治疗前后分别比较症状改善积分、肺功能参数和血气分析参数。结果治疗后治疗组症状积分、肺功能及血气分析改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论杏根青龙汤可以有效改善COPD患者的症状、肺功能及血气分析参数。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the efficacy of Xing-Gen-Qing-Long Decoction in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Methods One hundred and eighteen patients with stable COPD were randomly divided into the treatment group and COPD control group. All COPD patients received conventional therapy while the patients in treatment group were given additional use of Xing-Gen-Qing-Long Decoction. Symptom score, lung function and blood-gas parameters were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment, symptom scores, lung function and blood gas parameters in the treatment group were better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xing-Gen-Qing-Long Decoction may be useful to ameliorate symptoms, improve pulmonary function and blood gas parameters in COPD patients. |
