| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胆汁反流性胃炎的有效治疗方法。方法：在用莫沙必利、消胆胺、硫糖铝片等西药治疗的基础上,加用中药旋覆代赭汤加减治疗46例。结果：显著提高了治疗效果,治疗组治愈率为84.78%,有效率达95.65%;而对照组（西药组）为62.85%和77.14%。两组之间差异显著（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗胆汁反流性胃炎疗效较好。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effective method of treatment of gall refux gastritis. Methods: Forty-six patients were treated with combined therapy of western medicine such as mosapride, cholestyramine , sucralfate tablet and the modified Xuanfu Daizhe docoction. Results: The cured rate and the total effective rate in the treated group were 84.78% and 95.65% , while in the control group (the western medicine control group ) were 62.85% and 77.14% respectively, comparison between these two groups showed significant difference. Conclusion:The integrative traditional chinese and western medicine showed better therapeutic effect in treating gall reflux gastristis . |
