化学法制取B.S发酵液浓缩乳剂研究

摘    要:首次应用化学方法制取B.S浓缩乳剂,可在发酵液发酵终止后直接在发酵罐内将发酵液浓缩4—5倍,并一次制成浓缩乳剂。细菌生物活性损失在1%以下,是替代物理浓缩法的理想方法。

Abstract:This study reported that chemical methods were used to concentrafe microbial larvicide, which abtained good eeffect. 4-6tons fresh microbial fermentation liquid was concentrated as 4-5 times at 4 hours. The Jose-rate of bacterium activity is under1%. The concentrating emul- sion are good characteristics of disperal and antiseptic Compared with ma- chinery methods, it have advantages of lower-losed bacterium activity and econmical energy and cut dorwn expenses of equipments
