中学教师的工作压力、教学效能感与工作倦怠的关系研究

摘    要:目的了解中学教师的工作压力、教学效能感与工作倦怠的关系。方法采用教师教学效能感、工作倦怠和工作压力问卷对728名中学教师进行调查。结果工作压力与工作倦怠存在正相关关系,不同来源的工作压力对工作倦怠各维度的影响不同;教学效能感与工作倦怠存在显著的负相关关系,情绪衰竭和疏离感主要与一般教学效能感有关,低成就感主要与个人教学效能感有关。结论工作压力越大,教学效能感越低,教师的工作倦怠越严重。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between occupational stress,teaching efficacy and burnout of middle school teachers.Methods A survey of 728 middle school teachers on the scale of teaching efficacy,job-burnout and teacher's occupational stress.Results There is a significantly positive correlation between occupational stress and occupational burnout,and different sources of occupational stress will cause different occupational burnout.There is significant negative correlation between teaching efficiency and occupational burnout.Conclusion The greater the occupational stress,the lower the teaching efficacy,the more serious the occupational burnout.
