| Abstract: | The effect of tri- and hexavalent chromium after intraperitoneal administration for 5 consecutive days on testicular histopathology and epididymal sperm number was assessed. Treatment with hexavalent chromium induced testicular atrophy and a reduction in epididymal sperm number after 60 days. No effect was seen after treatment with trivalent chromium. |
