口服米索前列醇与肌注催产素预防产后出血300例临床观察

目的观察米索前列醇预防产后出血的效果。方法选择无内外科合并症及产科并发症且无米索前列醇、催产素使用禁忌，单胎、头位、孕足月、可阴道分娩的产妇300例，随机分为两组，实验组（米索前列醇组）150例，对照组（催产素组）150例，观察两组在产后2小时内的出血量。结果米索组产后2小时内出血量162．30ml，催产素组产后2小时内出血量282．42ml，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论米索前列醇预防产后出血优于催产索，且安全方便。

Clinical observation on effect of Misoprostol and Oxytocin on preventing postpartum hemorrhage

Objective To observe the preventive effect of misoprostol on postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 300 cases of full term parturient without internal,surgical and obstetrical complications who had single fetus with vertex presentation and expected to deliver from vagina were divided randomly into two groups:research group(misoprostol group,n=150)and control group(oxytocin group,n=150).The parturients in research group were administrated orally with 400ug of misoprostol immediately after parturition,and those in control group were injected intramuscularly with 20 IU of oxytocin immediately after parturition.The amounts of bleeding within two hours after delivery were measured.Results The amount of bleeding was 162.30 ml in misoprostol group and 282.42 ml in oxytocin group.There were significant differences between the two groups(P＜0.01).Conclusions For preventing postpartum hemorrhage,misoprostol was not only superior to oxytocin but also safer and more convenient.
